Performance and application of diamond abrasives

1、 Performance and application of diamond die:

Diamond abrasives are made of diamond abrasives as raw materials, using metal powder, resin powder, ceramics and electroplated metal as binders to make products of various shapes. They are used as tools for grinding, polishing and grinding, and the concentration is usually about 75%.

Due to the characteristics of diamond abrasives, diamond abrasives have become an ideal tool for grinding hard and brittle materials and cemented carbides in the grinding process. They not only have small grinding force and heat, good self sharpening, not easy to jam, high processing efficiency, high surface smoothness, easy to repair grinding tools, but also can improve the working conditions.

2、 Two special diamond molds:

Ceramic bonded diamond abrasives, whose performance is between resin abrasives and bronze abrasives, are more durable than resin abrasives and sharper than bronze abrasives. They have unique advantages when used for rough grinding and semi fine grinding.

Electroplated metal bonded diamond abrasives have stronger adhesion, high abrasive output, sharp grinding, high concentration and high grinding efficiency. Electroplated abrasive tools are suitable for grinding workpieces with complex shapes and special profiles.
